SHIPPING/DELIVERY/RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All products will be shipped immediately within 1 day of ordering subject to availability of stock, customer can the choose mode of delivery which will then later indicate the suggested delivery time.

  • Shipping will take anywhere from 5-10 days from the day of order subject to location and mode of delivery.
  • Refunds will be credited to original mode of payment within 5-7 days of successfully receiving and verifying the goods subject to conditions of return or damages / defect of the product and other reasons if so be.

If You are unhappy with anything You have purchased on Our Website, You may do the following:

Customer when cancels the order after payment, need to inform via email and provide details of online return of payment done

We will make reimbursements for returns without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 30 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or
  • (if earlier) 30 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
  • if there were no goods supplied, 30 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

In case of any dissatisfaction with the product please report the same within 7 days of purchase so necessary action can be taken. Refunds are subject to product and packaging issues only.
